This mountain bike tour offers the world's longest and steepest descent – a non-stop downhill that begins on the Tibetan Plateau and winds 150 kms down to the fertile rice fields of Nepal  We will ride more than 1,100 km approximately. This is one of the most interesting, remote and spectacular parts of the world. If you cycle along this route, you will feel the power of nature and take a lot of adventures. Day 03: Fly to Lhasa and Explore Lhasa. Overnight Hotel in Lhasa
Day 04: Explore Lhasa/Guided city tour. Overnight Hotel in Lhasa

Day 13: Cross Tso La (Yulung La) 4500m, descend. Overnight Guesthouse at Sakya
Day 14: Explore Sakya, retrace to main road. Overnight Guesthouse/camping at Lhartse
Day 15: Cross Gyatso La (Jia Tsuo La) 5220m. Overnight Hotel at Pelbar
Day 16: Cross Pang La 5150m towards base camp 1. Overnight Camping at Dzarongpu
Day 17: Ride/trek to Everest base camp 5200m. Overnight Camping at Dzarongpu
Day 18: Return to main road via Pang La 5200m. Overnight Hotel at Pelbar
Day 19: Gradual climb. Overnight Camping near Gurtso
Day 20: Cross La Lung La (5124?) 5030m, Tong La (Shung La) 5120m (5200?), big descent. Overnight Guesthouse at Nyalam
Day 21: Descend, cross border into Nepal, descend. Overnight Hotel at Barabise
Day 22: Descend to 560m at Dolalghat then climb. Overnight Hotel at Kathmandu
Day 23: Explore Kathmandu before flight home. Overnight Hotel at Kathmandu
